1. Culligan will be more than willing to participate with the membership discount. Culligan will offer a 15% discount to all members on all residential water softeners, filters, and drinking water systems.

2. Hello,
   Do you know who to talk to about getting a house in Stacy NC raised on stilts? I have heard there is a federal aid package for doing this. Is this true for coastal NC? Thanks for you for your help.
